SPONSORSHIP OPPORTUNITIES AVAILABLE
A variety of symposia, event and promotional sponsorships are available, in addition to a limited number of exhibit and advertising opportunties. Complete details regarding sponsorship of the 26th Annual Meeting of the Histiocyte Society can be found in the Sponsorship Opportunities Packet.
All meeting sponsors will be recognized on the Histiocyte Society’s meeting website (www.hsboston2010.org), in the printed Annual Meeting Program, during meeting ceremonies, and at sponsor-specific events/sessions. Partial sponsorships are available. Sponsors contributing $10,000 USD or more will be invited to have two (2) guests attend the General Sessions and special events with which the Annual Meeting is associated (Welcome Reception and Annual Banquet). A limited amount of exhibition space is available; consideration will be made based on the order in which requests are received.

Individual exhibit spaces will measure approximately 4’ x 6’ and are priced at $1,000 USD per space.

|
Assigned spaces will be granted following the receipt of an application and subsequent deposit of $500 USD.

|
A limited amount of advertisement space at the meeting and within the printed meeting program is available.
|
|
Advertising space will be granted only to organizations sponsoring the Annual Meeting.
|
|
Costs associated with advertising will be based on the size and location of advertisement.
