Registration fee includes entrance to all unrestricted meetings, morning and afternoon coffee breaks, lunch on October 18 and 19, meeting program, one annual banquet ticket, one welcome reception ticket, and a certificate of attendance.
In order to qualify for the "Member" registration fees, your Histiocyte Society membership dues must be paid in full through 2010. Emeritus and Honored members may also pay the member rate.
Only current members of the Society are eligible to attend and participate in pre-meeting days (October 16 and 17). If you are uncertain of your membership status please contact the Secretariat's Office at Secretariat@HistiocyteSociety.org.
Those registering under the category of "Nurse/Student/Fellow" may be asked to provide documentation verifying this status.
International Family Organizations are invited to register a maximum number of three persons per organization.
